03 Account Registration & Security

Once your account is created, you are fully responsible for its security. This includes:

• Keep your password confidential and never share your login credentials with anyone.

04 Deposit & Withdrawal of Funds

Megawin supports a wide range of local payment methods to make your financial transactions hassle-free. All transactions are processed through secure, verified payment channels. Minimum deposit is RM10 and the minimum withdrawal is RM50.

• Deposit methods: FPX (all Malaysian local banks), Touch 'n Go eWallet, GrabPay, Boost, MAE by Maybank, Visa/Mastercard cards, and cryptocurrency.
• Deposit processing time: Deposits via FPX and e-wallets are processed within minutes. Credit/debit card deposits may take 5–15 minutes depending on your bank.
• Withdrawal: Withdrawal requests are processed within 1–3 business days after KYC verification is complete. First-time withdrawals may require additional verification.
• Transaction limits: Daily/weekly/monthly deposit and withdrawal limits are set according to your account level. Further details are available on the Deposit.
• Currency: All transactions are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). Foreign currency conversions are performed at the applicable current exchange rate.

Megawin does not charge any hidden fees for standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or third-party payment provider may impose their own charges, which are beyond our control.

05 Bonus & Promotions

• Validity period: All bonuses have a stated expiry period. Unused bonuses will expire automatically at the end of that period without compensation.

08 Account Suspension & Termination

When an account is suspended for security or investigation purposes, the funds in the account will be frozen for the duration of the investigation. 09 Liability Limits
